I’m Suzanne, Certified Adult Chair® Coach. I woke up from a life of giving all of myself to be a stay-at-home mother in an emotionally draining marriage. I had to rebuild my self-worth and create the life I love…and now, I would like to help you to do the same.

The Adult Chair gave me the information and inspiration I needed for my self-discovery work to heal my life’s wounding. Now that I understand my patterning I have forgiveness and love for myself. I am letting go of worn out habits that no longer serve me and I am working daily to stay present and healthy.
The Adult Chair is a manual for your life. It’s a tool that helps you feel empowered, confident and equipped with a clear roadmap to your healthiest, most authentic self.
